Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility: You are eligible for a return if you meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) must not fall under the non-returnable categories (mentioned below).

2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" during the purchase.
- We do not accept free returns, which means if the problem is not caused by our workers, we have the right to deny the return.

3. Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email, as provided on our website.
- Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return process.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
- Write the order number on the return package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method at your expense.

4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them for eligibility. If approved, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Pls note the shipping fee is not included, and there will be another 20% restocking fee to be reduced from the refund.
- Please allow up to 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please proceed with the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Or pls contact our customer service, our workers will find the best solution for you.
